Podere Terenzano is a little family run farm conveniently located in peaceful countryside 6Km from medieval San Gimignano and 4Km from the town of Poggibonsi with its shops, supermarkets, railway station, olimpic open air swimming pool and entrance to the Florenze/Siena motorway.
The farm enjoys pleasant views of the surrounding countryside; across the tops of the olive trees you can see in one direction the Elsa Valley and in the other the tower of San Gimignano.
The owners are very friendly and helpful whilst not intruding on your privacy.
Their farm produces wine and olive oil and they have an attractive assortment of animals including ducks, pigeons, doves, chickens and a blackbird.
Whilst you may enjoy watching this colourful assortment of bird life, and taking photographs just as I have done, neither do they intrude on your privacy as they are kept around the owner's farmhouse which is completely separate from the traditional Tuscan barn housing the two apartments featured here.
The barn has been thoughtfully restored maintaining its interesting architectural features as esemplified by the large, traditional, brick and glass windows which allow for the very bright and light interiors.
